Registration for ProbNum 2026 is open. Registration closes on 26th August 2026.

Participation without conference dinner: €140. Participation without conference dinner includes scientific program and get-together event (9th September). The price includes fee of the social program €43.82 + VAT 25.5 % (€11.18 €) and conference fee VAT 0 %.

Participation with conference dinner: €250. Participation with conference dinner covers attendance to scientific program, get-together event (9th September) and the conference dinner (10th September). The price includes fee of the social program €131.47 + VAT 25.5% (€33.53) and conference fee VAT 0%.
Registration can be paid by a credit card (Visa, Master Card). Invoicing the fee is not possible.
Cancellations with full reimbursement are accepted until 9th August 2026. For cancellations submitted between 10th August 2026 and 19th August 2026, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after 19th August 2026. Please contact toni.karvonen@lut.fi for cancellations and any questions about registration.
Poster submission
All participants are welcome to submit a poster. Posters will be presented on the evening of 9th September and will remain in the coffee break area through the entire conference. Please submit your poster by 31st August. The program chairs may invite select posters to be presented as talks.
